Job Description
To assist the executive chef/exec.sous chef and be a team leader in general in providing an effective service for all the functions and in all food outlets for external and internal customers.
Responsibilities
* Has an essential grill experience or skills.
* Minimum 2 years experience within steakhouse restaurant or has a previous grill experience and exposure in similar environment.
* Report to work on time and checks schedule the day before.
Skills
* Supervisory ability.
* Considerable knowledge of kitchen sanitation procedures.
* Special skills and knowledge in kitchen techniques and methods.
