Service Engineer - Design (Plumbing & Firefighting)

Job Description
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To lead a team of draftsmen and to develop designs from job specifications in accordance with international engineering standards and codes of practice.

JOB OBJECTIVES 
1.To develop designs from project specifications.
2.To check and evaluate design and material specifications for tender.
3.To prepare and check material take-off & material data sheets and coordinate with procurement engineer to select materials.
4.To incorporate feed back from projects and customers for design clarification and modifications during the development and construction project phases.

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 
Essential:
•A Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering
•Conflict Resolution
•Specific software Application
•Communication
•Control and instrumentation system design & application software
•Thorough understanding of Engineering standards
•AutoCAD application design skills
•3 to 5 Years of work experience as a Discipline Engineer

Skills
Candidate should have minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in relevant discipline to develop designs /shop drawings and to review the material from job specifications in accordance with International Engineering Standards
and codes of practice in commercial and infrastructure projects.

Education
University Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
